Shimmery Skin TUT VIDEO

I try to do a tutorial while I'm thinking about it. And this sort of just popped into my head while I was playing with some stuff. I promised a cool shimmery effect tut in my polls SEE I do listen to you. Take the poll.

Anyway this is really stupid easy.
Do whatever basic editing to your image you want this is sort of icing on the top of a finished image.

Instructions
Edit your pic
Flatten your image if you need to
Duplicate your layer, layer>duplicate
Set the blending mode to screen (or lighten, or any of those in that section really)
Put a black layer mask on the layer
Paint back in your glitter, shimmer, or sparkles at your desired size.

I also go over quickly how to modify a brush to fit you needs. I'll do another tut on this later.
Oh and the finished image was an example I still went on to work on it a bit more
